Shahi Paneer

This is for 200-250gms paneer.  Blend together without any water, 2 tomatoes, 2 onion, 1tsp ginger-garlic, 2 green chilli and set aside.  ghee. Fry 250gms paneer cubes till soft brown. Take out & set aside. Add the tomato paste in the ghee and fry till ghee starts separating. Add salt,  1/2tsp chilli powder, 1tsp Shahi garam masala pwd, 1/3 tsp turmeric pwd & saute for 1-2 mins. Add 1 cup milk to gravy & cook till gravy thickens and oil starts separating. Add fried paneer and stir cook with a light hand for 1-2mins. Stir in 1 small carton fresh cream. Cook for 1 minute. Add sugar 1-2 tsp. DO NOT ADD WATER at all.
